Working at Philmont is not just a job (now you expect that I am going to say "it's an adventure". true, but....) it's more than that. It would be difficult, if not impossible to describe what it means to work at Philmont to someone who hasn't done it.

Burns, Brian - Staffer 1991 & 1993
There are many great Philmont Scout Ranch pages out there. This one is directed to a smaller audience: The 1991 Staff of Cimarroncito and the 1993 Crew of Trail Crew November.
Hogan, Kevin - '94 & '95 Staff
Kevin worked for two summers at Philmont where he worked in the News and Information Service as a staff photographer.
Lampkin, Mike - The Phil-Pages
Mike was a staff member from 1985-87 and in a series of web pages has captured many excellent photographs including some colorful "Non-Standard" Philmont Photos.

P.J!'s phunforphilstaff page has some silly games to do while looking at the photos like: Where is the Ranger sign? (Some knowledge of Philtrivia required.) or Pudgee time. (Good knowledge of Philmont backcountry locations necessary.) .
