This is kind of strange since for tenderfoot rank it is required to explain
your patrol flag and patrol cheer.
During troop meetings each of patrols in our troop have their patrol flags
at the head of the table. We have stressed the importance of this in the
building of +ACI-LOYALTY+ACI- to ones patrol.
