Once a year is tolerable. Once a month, eeehhhh. But hourly?!?!

I visit one website which I swear to lord is being constructed "on the
fly" for each contact. I've been there weekly since early March, and I
have YET to see the same screens on subsequent visits. The NEW tag shows
up in the upper right, lower left, upper left, lower right, middle left,
lower left of top right frame ... The BROWSE moves from the top of the
left frame to the middle to the bottom. The size of the right frame
changes and sometimes you need to scroll left-right and sometimes you
don't. I hit that site 4x in ONE day, and be darned if I didn't get a
different config each time.

Can't people leave things the heck alone so that when I have to tell
someone "goto www.whocares.edu, and the third link from the left top says
NEW PRODUCTS; click on that link and then in the menu, click on WIN 95/98
to get to the download area" it *IS* the third link or it DOES says New
Products! (G)
