Sometime ago on this list, we had quite a discussion on a start up kit for
new Scoutmasters. I have a friend who is a new committee chairman, and
would like to put together a similar start up kit for new committee
chairmen. any suggestions?
1. troop committee guidebook
2. advancement policies and procedures guide book.
3. district/council training calender.
