Many heartfelt thanks to the ones on the list who sent condolences to the
Junkins family. Ben's story is on the front page of the Cape Cod Times today
(Tuesday) with a picture and interviews with his parents, who again say that
they hope they can help save another kid. I think there's a website (search
for cape cod times) and you could probably see it.
New info-- the thought is that at Philmont some fuel accidentally squirted
from a stove bottle into Ben's face, momentarily imparting a light-headed
feeling, and this may be what he was trying to recreate. So if you ever see
this occur in your troop, land on it hard.
