When my stepson earned his Eagle Rank, his father travelled across
country to be there. Although he had done little to work with him on
his Scouting, that was more because of the custody rules than desire.
When I picked up his awards, I noticed the Dad's tie tac. I decided to
purchase a second one for him.
The tears in his eyes told me that I had done the right thing.
