Your SPL won't have trouble finding a good troop in Jacksonville.

He should talk to the District Exectuive, Tom Copeland for guidance. I
was the SM for troop 490 aboard Camp Lejeune and thought a lot of it.
Troop 216 at MCAS new River is good and Troop 215 in Richlands is truly
outstanding with very large support base. All three troops have
permanent facilities and a good program. There are other excellent
units in WORD/ECC. Bob Detwiler is someone to call. He is the Jambo 97
SM for the southern part of the council and lives in Jacksonville
proper.
