With that large of pack I hope that you have 1 or 2 Asst. Cub Masters.
If not FIND SOME!! From what I have seen in our council with pack
of your size (We have about 9+) it will run for a while without a CM
if you have a few scouters and parents who will step in and act like a
Master of Ceremonies for the pack meetings.
(If you look at Cub Master (CM) and Master of Ceremonies (MC) they use
the same letters and do about the same job.)
And if all else fails (Hard Sell) at the next pack meeting in front
of boy's and all, let everyone know that the pack needs a CM and we
will not be having any more meetings untill we have one.
By the end of the night I think that you should have more than one of
the parents who will step forward to become the next CM.
If you do not want to be the bad guy have your DE or commissioner do
the dirty work.
