Kevin,
If a Cub has already earned a religious emblem as a Cub working towards
Wolf he cannot count that emblem as completing his Bear requirement. He
can however, earn a different emblem from another faith, if the
requirements for that emblem do not require him to be a member of that
faith. I know of a very few instances where a Cub has earned emblems from
two different faiths and most were situations where the parents were
separated and practiced different faiths.
