Re: One Scout Oath - No "Eagle Scout Oath"

My son recently became an eagle, his ceremony was the day before his
18th birthday! A very good friend administered the eagle oath, from a
ceremonies book. Another very good friend administered the eagle
challenge/ charge, combined that he wrote himself to my son including
things from is entire scouting years, our family members and friends.
It was wonderful, the man, our council field director, spent days
writing it and it is something none of us will ever forget. We had
been to several eagle ceremonies within a few weeks and all
challenge/charges were the same exact thing, from the book! This was
a real nice personal touch. It certainly made my son's day!
