You are correct. There is no single source, but it *is* only three
books.

There is a Den Leader's book (I cannot remember the title, but it has a
yellow cover.) There is also a "Webelos Leader Resource Book" (with a
plaid cover.) They are more "how to do it" books for games and pins than
the Scoutmaster's Handbook.
