Chris, it interests me, and I am posting to the list because I would
like to see other's thoughts, also. Because, yup, I, too, am contemplating
another hour a week (yea, sure!) and another hat - that of
District Advancement Chairman (for those Jersey Shore-ites out there,
I'm in Whispering Pine District).

Out DAC is stepping down after a VERY good 6 years. Our District
Commissioner (brandy new BTW) asked me if I would consider filling the
shoes. So, I told I would investigate. I called the outgoing DAC and
talked to him for a while (definitely NOT another hour a week, folks).

No official invitation from the District or Council, yet. But the requested
info would be very helpful even in my present role as Advancement
Chairman for my troop.

Thanks for any thoughs.
