I spoke to them several days ago when I received a packet of information.
Seems that the first year has been rough and they have been slow
(understatement) in getting out their issues.

The "current" issue should be in the mail now or in the near future. All
subscriptions will be extended for the full number of issues.

This was what I was told and I do not speak for the Scouter's Journal.
