Listserv(tm) is designed to be largely automatic and self-service by the
user (you). List Owners and administrators have a lot of other things to
do and appreciate it when people take care of most things themselves.

So, yes, you should unsubscribe from your old service address before it
ends (and causes needless error messages) and newly subscribe from your
new ISP address. Only in the case your present ISP changes your address
without notifying you (preventing you from unscbscribing) should you ask
the ListOwner/Adminstrator for help. (This happened to me twice).
