Don't get too excited, there is another side to that comment. It points up
how many of the parents of our Scouts think that the program is supported
by paid staff, rather than by volunteers. This can lead to a lack of
willingness on the part of the parents to pull their share of the load.
After all, the SM is getting PAID to do this, so why should I be bothered.
Just another thought on what the comment could mean.
