SEAL Training

Okay, the $165.00 question. .. I have seen several references to SEAL
Training. I have even seen some of the registration forms for the ones
done here on the west coast.
All of it says is that it is advanced training for youth level, done on
the water on small boats. Which in itself is an interesting concept.
What I have not seen is exactly what is done at these sessions. TO be
perfectly honest, I have interest in sending some people to the
training. But it is a bit on the expensive side, especially if a ship
wanted to send the full Quarterdeck. Also, a week is quite a bit of
time to get a committment to.
So, someone tell me . . . what is the course material? What is the true
benefit? Why is the cost so high? Not to mention the transportation
issues.
I have been and remain a trainer of the old Post Officers Seminars. So
I have exposure to leadership training.
