FREE TRIP TO ENGLAND FOR US SEA SCOUT

This August a group of US Sea Scouts will make a trip to England. They will
join a group of British Sea Scouts for a week long boat trip across England in
ancient waterways.

The Sea Scout that places first in the class for the 99 SEAL class will go on
this trip all expenses paid.

SEAL (Sea Scout Advanced Leadership Training) is a week long leadership class
taught at sea. There are two confirmed class for SEAL being taught this
summer. One in Miami July 10-17 and one on the Chesapeake Bay taught June
19-27. Cost of either of these classes is $150. total plus your transit to the
class location. To qualify for SEAL you must be a registered Sea Scout, have
the approval of your skipper be Ordinary Rank by June 99 and not yet graduated
from High School.
