Question about Sea Scout rings

Dear,Bruce,
I also have a sea scout ring.It has the sea scout anchor on the front
with one plain anchor on each side. Under the stock of each anchor is
"s-s".With each"s" seperated by the shank. It is made of sterling silver.It
dates from about 1964 +-
In side the ring is a small lower case "r" fallowed by the mfg. name that
is nolonger readable. Not much help in your quest, but I will try to find
out more.
