A few of us members of the "Order of the Monkey's Fist", are trying to
find out who else is a member. There is no central roster. So ...
(1) Have you received a Monkey's Fist?
(2) If so, from whom, when and where? Do you have that person's address
(e-mail or paper-mail) or phone number?
(3) To whom have you presented a Fist, when and where? Do you have that
person's address (either one) or phone number?
(4) Who else do you know who has one? Do you have that person's address
(ditto) or phone number? Do you know who they received it from, or when,
or where?
