I'd like to flog this through the fleet: What is your standard or the rule in
your program on the use of Ships vessels by Skippers/Committeemen or other
connected parties to your ship for their own private use. Do they get used in
this fashion? Do the youth members approve? Is it done to the exclusion of
youth members when they are available to be on Ships ships? For the record:
Ships 6's boat does not leave the dock without youth members....no youth
available-no sail. It's their program, their boat. Others in our area operate
differently. What's your ships guidelines
