Hi Dan,
In August, we have our annual program planning roundtables
throughout our council. The program planning portion usually
takes 30-40 minutes. We use the remaining time to plan all
the roundtable subjects for the year. The roundtable staff
generally has some seed subjects which they put forth for
feedback and the rest of the subjects come from the other
adult Scouters. The roundtable staff then takes these ideas
and creates a schedule for the year which is published at the
bottom of the agenda passed out at each meeting.
