SFA is the group "Scouting For All", a group, primarily of Scouts and
scouters that is working to reverse BSA's ban on advocates of Homosexual
behavior, and their ban on atheists.
Steve Cozza is a california based Eagle SCOUT (youth) that founded the
group.
