For EXTREMELY quick & easy... [Won't win any cooking prizes, but guaranteed

Use english muffin halves. On these spoon a little bottled/canned pizza
sauce. Over this sprinkle some grated mozzarella. Add sliced pepperoni if
you'd like. Bake in dutch oven until cheese melts. Enjoy!
Using this, I've been able to get the guys to actually cook lunch, rather
than going with the usual cold sandwiches...
