I want to again thank everyone who gave suggestions for 505's Gettysburg trip.

We ended up taking 6 scouts and 2 adults in my Voyager van. We used 2 three
seat benches, borrowing one of them from a Town and Country van from the
dad of one our scouts. That gave us seating for 8, with the appropriate
seat belt configuration. Everyone was limited to a school size backpack, a
sleeping bag and ground pad. Sleeping equipment was stored in a roof top
carrier.

I will give more details later in the week, as I am behind in everything,
everywhere. But I will note that we came in under budget by $7.78. We
were under budget by 28 cents on food. There were additional budget quirks
do to adding more scouts to the van than anticipated, cutting the travel
cost per person. That part of the fees will be reimbursed ($15 per person).
