I have two separate questions to submit to the wisdom and resourcefulness of this group.....
1. We are looking for a pattern/design for a rope making machine using cranks from bicycle parts or the like. Can anyone point us in the right direction?
2. Does anyone use job descriptions and/or job evaluatiuon forms for the performace tracking of their boy leaders? I am hoping to implement a more formal tracking and evaluation process to our system.
