I'm sure that there are those who wish to exclude women and do. The two largest
troops are led by women - one was started by a woman and grew to over 30 scouts,
the other (100+) just appointed a lady SM. Both Wood Badge trained and fully
qualified to staff same.

Scouter - I do not label myself. Let others in my council do that.
