I'm not sure how it's done in other Councils but in Sam Houston, our
Districts are already given a fare load of training sessions. We do 2-3 CLBT
in the fall and 1-2 in the spring. We do 1 SMF and 1 OWL per year. We do 6
YPT per year. We do 1 VAT and the new Troop Committee training as needed.
We promote RT, WB, Pow Wow and our University of Scouting as additional
oportunities for training.
Wears a fellow out, this one hour per week.
