Well just returned from Philmont Training center. Great week. Great people.

News: Baloo's Training

    MANDATORY SIX HOUR TRAINING TO TAKE WEBELOS AND SCOUTS CAMPING

This was announced by Chip at the Cub scout weeks. There will be a ninety
day grace period if you have had OWL or SMF.

Scout Executives will be given the announecement on August 1, 2000.

Lots of other new changes.
