Good-day to you all!
My 13-year-old 1st Class son, seven other Scouts and four leaders will
be doing the Bowron canoe circuit in British Columbia next month, and I
was wondering if anyone here has done this before and, if so, could you
share any recollections you may have of the experience that I could pass
on to him - how's the mosquito population, recommendation of a
lightweight stove, poncho vs. rain suit, how are the portages - you
know, anything to prepare him and his group. Thanks.
