Neil Lupton and some others have made excellent points on this
subject.
Here's another thought:
The people we're talking about are paid for 40 hours a week. Most of
them put in much more time that that. I submit that after 40 hours
they become volunteers.
So why don't we change the subject of this thread to "Volunteers and Professionals"?
