Greetings again.........
The college here decided to bring our e-mail addresses up to date and we had to get off all lists and re-subscribe. This might be a good time to meet everybody again with my yearly "Hello Greeting". I have been an active member of scouts-l for 5 years.
I reside in the Texas panhandle in the city of Amarillo which is about 1/2 way between Albuquerque and Oklahoma City along I-40. The Golden Spread Council, Golden Eagle District, is my Scouting home. I am a Broadcast Electronics Engineer with KACV-PBS.
My Scouting background includes the District Award of Merit, Silver Beaver, and I'm a Vigil member of the Order of the Arrow. I will be headed to NOAC in August with the Nischa Achawalogen lodge 486.
My nephew (who has lived with me since he was 6) turns 18 in a month. He is an Eagle Scout with 7 Eagle Palms and he is also a Vigil member of the OA. He will be a senior and a Varsity member of the Tascosa High football team, track team, basketball team, and sings in their choir.
