Hi Scouters,
How many out there count the full time a scout serves (actual, not with rest,
etc) for doing service projects? How many count a fraction or a maximum
number of hours per day or event? I am curious as our SM will only give
credit for 2 hours per event even if the youth put in 6 hours of hard work.
The last service project was promised more hours for this particualr project,
and so there was a good turnout (but not too many), and then he only gave
them 2 hours. I do not think it is right. Any comments?
