I need the lists advise on behalf of a dear friend.
My friend is the CM of a very successful pack and the UC of a troop in the
area. Recently at a public event in this the pack and troop were present he
noticed one of the scouts in the troop wearing the AOL patch that had not
earned it in his Pack and had crossed over to the troop during his Pack's
B&G.
What would you folks do if it was you? (Without going into details there has
been a lot of controvery between adults involved in scouting in two local
communities......unfortunately)
