That Scouter's Training Award was the first recognition I received as an
adult in Scouting and that associated knot is still just above the shirt
pocket and closest to the buttons--and closest to my heart. It's like the
year stars above it; while they can be worn in any order, the one with the
green backing is the one closest to center, the one closest to my heart (even
if it is only a '2').
