The move to Texas, from New Jersey is a simple $$ and Cents issue. for
example:
In 1988 JCPenney moved its corporate headquarters from the Avenue of the
Americas in Matthatten to good old Plano Texas. They saved $70,000,000 per
year, simply by not being in New York City.
Many other large corporations did the same.
