No. There are NO specific AGE limits other than the joining Requirement
(Arrow of Light OR done with grade 5 OR Age 11), and the "complete all
advancements by age 18" rule. Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class
can be worked on simultaneously, and although they must be earned in
order, they can theoretically be completed on the same date with
consecutive boards of review. There is no specific tenure or age
requirement for any of those. After First Class, there are tenure, BUT
NOT AGE, requirements for Star, Life, Eagle, and Eagle Palms.
The requirements are documented in BOY SCOUT REQUIREMENTS (BSA
Publication #33215C) which is reissued annually.
