Salsa is _not_ optional! It's a food group! ;)
BTW, our Council summer camp sells suspenders that we consider
"official". If a scout or scouter is wearing them as part of
the uniform, no one says anything.
As an aside, there is a medical condition called "tight pants
syndrome", a bowel disorder caused by wearing our belts too tight,
to hold them up. No, I'm _not_ kidding. Better to wear a pair of
suspenders and field questions about the uniform, than to wear the
belt too tight and field remarks about flatulence. ;)
