NO! We should organize ourselves and try to get the rule changed, and
if the current administration won't change the rule, then we should
organize and change the administration. That is what participative
democracy is all about. But until then, we have three choices; live
with the rule, break the rule and be prepared to accept the
consequences, or find a new country that lets us carry pocketknives.
Same thing with school boards.
