All speeders will have their licenses suspended for one year. Doesn't matter

what the circumstances are, what your driving record is, or the actual speed

you were going. Zero-tolerance! One mile-an-hour over the speed limit is all

1) There would be much less traffic on the roads.
2) It would be much safer on the roads.
3) Physical fitness levels would increase as more people walked and road
bikes.
4) Public transportation would improve.
5) Air quality would improve.
6) Noise pollution would decrease.
7) our dependence on foreign oil would decrease
on the other hand it would inconvenience the ones that couldn't operate
their 1 1/2 ton vehicle in accordance with posted limits even after they
were notified of the requirement to do so, and had taken a written test on
the material!
