Someone asked earlier, sorry, didn't save it,
if there are packs that send on part of the pack
treasury with the Webelos Scouts who cross over to a
troop to help defray camp, equipment, etc.
That got me to thinking about the flip side of that
coin. Are there troops that set aside part of each
fundraiser in the year to be available to give the
newest troop members that crossover, or that join
without having been a Webelos Scout, a good running
start on making it to camp that first summer.
I am not saying troops should or should not do this,
just wondering if it happens and to what extent if it
does.
