Webelos leaders may get credit for Scoutleader Fundamentals III in our
Council. And many do, but that is about the extent of
their Boy Scout leader training prior to entering most
troops. They are so caught up in running their Dens that they
have little time for anything else.
I have begon working closely with the packs that bridge into
my troop, but that is only one troop out of many.
