And so what do we say to the kids about the Major League ballplayer who
spewed out those hateful statements? The MLB Commissioner wants him to get
a psychiatric exam. While I think his statements were disgusting and
outrageous, I was not aware that being a professional ballplayer required
you to relinquish your First Amendment rights.
