Jim Fitzgerald asks: "Is anyone aware of where you might purchase animal
tracks that you can use to make the tracks."

In Kansas, the Department of Wildlife and Parks has a wonderful variety of
program materials for use in nature projects for people of all ages. The
best part of this program is that the materials are FREE (to Kansas
residents)! They also have molds, which you can check out like library
books, that you can use to make a variety of animal track, as well as other
materials that can be checked out. You might check in your state to see if
a similar program exists.

BTW, if you live in Kansas, the address is Department of Wildlife and Parks,
Operations Office, 512 SE 25th Avenue, Pratt, KS 67124-8174 and, if you are
in or near the KC area, the satellite center's address is 9539 Alden,
Lenexa, KS 66215.

If you do not live in Kansas, you can request these materials and a list of
charges for them.

YiS,

Judy Yeager
. . .and a good ole' Bobalope, too. . .
