What is this fuss over tent square footage anyways? Did i miss something?
I always enjoyed being with another scout or two when i was a boy, and you
would never want to carry your own tent backpacking unless it's a single
person tent or bivy...and if you need space for gear, that's what
vestibules are for! sounds to me like there are a bunch of old guys down
at national who have not been camping for a while...
