Jim,
Instead of posting this on Scouts-L, I suggest posting it in
the rec.scouting.issues newsgroup where the subject is discussed
on a daily basis.
You could even let people on rec.scouting.usa know that there
is a post on rec.scouting.issues that they may be interested in.
Let's keep the topic off of here.
