Hi all ...

I'm sure its been kind of obvious, but the delivery of email from
the listserv had been down for the past week. Last thursday, I
switched the email delivery computer that the listserv was using and
missed a configuration option that allows the listserv to perform
email relaying. It is a kind of security thingie I had to allow
the listserv host to bypass. It was not real obvious to me since
all my email from the listserv is delivered locally. The fix was
furthered delayed due to the fact the Univeristy has been closed this
week and I really didnt want to drive 35 miles in to fix things :)
The change was required due to some planned systems upgrades over the
holidays.

Anyway, I think it has all been corrected ... BUT ... as a side
effect, a lot of subscriptions were automatically purged. I've
had to restore the subscription file as of 12/26 ... so I've you've
unsubscribed since that time, you'll have to do it again.

I hope everyone has enjoyed the holiday break as I have.

YiS, Jon Eidson, Listowner.
