A Scout needs help, soon. Personal Fitness

There is a boy in my troop who has let his Eagle nearly slip from his
grasp. He has been much more into enjoying Scouts and the OA, doing
some teaching of younger Scouts, and giving his father a hard time
about completing his Eagle.
Well he trapped himself. His 18th birthday is December 11th, and he
does not yet have the Personal Fitness merit badge. He has everything
else, including his project two years ago. He is hard at work on
Personal Fitness from the Boy Scout Requirements book, but the
Personal Fitness merit badge book is not to be found in our District
Office/Scout Shop, nor at the Council Office/Scout Shop. We need it
pronto.
If any of you can lay your hands on one I will reimburse you the book
and the UPS/Fedex. Just let me know first, so that I don't get a
hundred of them.
