Hello,

I have noticed that guitarist Tom Morello of the group "Rage Against The
Machine" has been wearing an official BSA class "A" (I know they are not
called that anymore) shirt in recent appearances on MTV, in the band's new
video "Guerrilla Radio", and during live performances on the "Battle of Los
Angles" tour. The shirt has the red epps. and even a patrol patch on the
shoulder.

For those not in the know, Rage is a politically outspoken group and I am
curious if they support or are opposed to the BSA.

I know there are some "legal dogs" out there on the list that are going to
spout about how "national prohibits unauthorized use of BSA materials bla
bla bla", BUT, if they are supportive of our group, I think this is good
exposure for our organization.... helps defeat the 'dorky' image. I
recently asked a group of scouts if they had seen the video and noticed the
uniform, and 5 out of 7 had and thought it was very cool....

Has anyone heard anything about this? or know what Rage's stance on the BSA
is? Just Curious...

YiS,
James Wilson
