While it is great to be aware of the many International Scouting events we
could attend, a couple of important points.

1. AFAIK Explorers would NOT be able to attend this event for the simple
reason that they are no longer members of the BSA. Explorers are now part
of LFL (Learning for Life), and thus are not able to participate in many BSA
or scouting events. Its not clear to me what they can and can't attend.
Could they attend the National Scout Jamboree as staff members? If they
can't, then I doubt they could attend this event.

2. There are no BSA members called "Venture Scouts". I assume you are
refering to Venturers, members of the new Venturing program. If so please,
please use the correct term. "Venture Scouts" is not correct, and it makes
it difficult to know if one is refering to Venturers or Venture patrol
members (which have no special term for them).

Also, would Venturers be allowed to attend? Moots are gatherings of Rovers.
The BSA has not officially had Rovers since the 1950s. In most scouting
associations, Rovers are the most senior level, usually 18-25 or so. Its
unfortunate that National doesn't see the value of bring back this program
for college-age youth.
