But NOTHING from the BSA says that "everything belongs to the sponsoring
organization". That's just the problem. All the "basic training" in
the world on the subject is mere meaningless opinion if there is nothing
in the Rules and Regs that state that. The material for the C.O.R.
doesn't help, either.
